Landlord fees

Our Fees are a % of the total gross rent due under the tenancy. Letting and rent collection fees are payable fully in advance, management fees are payable in line with the way the rent is paid. All Fees are subject to VAT at prevailing rate of 20%.
Tenant find: 8% - Rent collection: 10% - Fully managed: 13%

Inventory Fee: (depending on the number of bedrooms and/or size of the property and outbuildings):
£120.00 - £300.00

Property inspections:
£50.00 per visit

Submission of non-resident landlord's receipts to HMRC:
£25.00 quarterly
 
Arrangement Fee for works/ refurbishment over £500.00:
10% of gross cost

Checkout Fee (depending on the number of bedrooms and/or size of the property and outbuildings):
£120.00 - £300.00
 
Visual check-out inspection carried out by Reliable Homes:
£80.00 - £150.00 depending on the size of the property

Dealing with a property Dispute through the DPS Scheme for return of deposit:          
£150.00

Court Attendance:
£50.00 per hour

Renewal Fees:
6% of gross rent for agreed period on letting only service, 8% rent collection and 10% on full management

EPC:
£60.00
 
Gas Safety:
£60.00

Electrical Installation Certificate depending on the size of property:
£100.00 - £250.00 

PAT Portable Appliance Testing depending on number of appliances:
£100.00 - £250.00

 

Call-out for Landlord's British Gas/ Homeserve policy etc. appointments are charged at £50.00 per hour

The above may not be applicable depending on the service provided.
 
All fees/ charges stated above are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
