What happens next?


Should you decide to sell your home through us, in the first instance we will produce a marketing portfolio for your property – this includes photographing your home professionally, writing up the specifics of your property including floor plans, location and property features.


We then use this portfolio to advertise your property – as far and wide as possible.


You can expect your home to be advertised on all the key property web portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation and many others. We will also feature your home on our website and advertise selected properties in the property section of local papers, so you can be assured that we will be working extremely hard to sell your home as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will always strive to get you the best possible price for your home.

 

Progressing the sale


As soon as your property is on the market, we will fully manage the viewing process on your behalf. Once an offer has been made, we will liaise with you and the prospective buyer in a transparent and proactive manner. We will also liaise with solicitors and oversee any chains in order to help the transaction progress as smoothly as possible.


Contract Exchange and Completion


Once the buyer has their mortgage lined up, the solicitors are happy with the paperwork and everyone in the chain is ready to proceed, the contracts are then exchanged and signed. At this point, a completion date is set, readily for the monies to be transferred and the sale completed.
