Should you find properties on our website that you’d like to take a closer look at, we will be happy to arrange for one of our residential sales agents to accompany you on a viewing. We offer very flexible viewing hours including evenings and weekends.
Once you’ve found a property that you like, the next step is to make an offer. We will contact the vendor on your behalf and facilitate the negotiation process.
Once a sale price has been agreed, you will need to contact your mortgage company and hire a solicitor to undertake the conveyancing. During this time we will liaise with all parties to ensure the transaction process goes as smoothly as possible.
Exchanging and signing of contracts
Once all of the above is in place, the penultimate step is to exchange and sign contracts. At this point you will need to transfer your deposit to your solicitor, in preparation for the money to be transferred to the vendor’s conveyancers. The completion date is agreed at this stage too.
On the agreed completion date, your solicitor will transfer your deposit over to the seller’s solicitor, the title of the property is transferred over to you and you can collect the keys to your new home.
